Javasko Oy has been operating for a long time as a system supplier, and has at the same time created around itself a versatile, flexible and reliable network through which we are able to deal with even large total deliveries on behalf of our clients.
Project deliveries are managed in cooperation with sales and production. Production is responsible for sheet metal and welding work, machining, subcontracting and final assemblies all the way up to delivery.
Orders and subcontracts are handled through a manufacturing project whereby the subcontract deliveries for future works will take place according to schedule. The work's progress is monitored at the project level, which reports to the client according to schedule. Final assembly, testing, packaging and delivery are dealt with through the control of production.
Javasko Oy has created a suitable subcontracting network comprised of the following parts: sheet metal and small unit machining, material sourcing (Finland, Estonia, China), surface finishing, logistics and special installations as well as maintenance. When needed, we also give training for the products we supply.
