Our machinery is very versatile. With boring machines, machining centers and lathes we can broaden, mill and throw both welded steel structures, as well as iron and steel castings, whose sizes can be between 200 – 16,000 mm.
In addition for making axels, we have at our use a robot for material handling.
The machining centers and lathes at the Javasko Oy pump factory increase our ability to provide and deliver the machining for steel, castings and acid-proof pieces both for single and serially produced components. We can acquire the materials ourselves according to the model wanted by the customer. The pump factory's 3 machining centers, 8 lathes and 3 vertical lathes mechanize circa 3,500 pumps in a year, which leaves enough capacity to do other mechanizations. Javasko Oy Pump Factory's personnel have long worked with the mechanization of cast iron, acid-proof and wear resistant materials.
