OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

• Our goal is to have a safe company in which the risks to our staff and physical capital that arise from our operations are minimized.

• We are aware of the legal requirements applicable to our business and comply with them in our operations.

• We aim for an understanding of the risks caused by our operations and create improvement targets and action plans based on them. We analyze workplace accidents and dangerous situations and design improvement targets and action plans based on them.

• Our level of safety is also improved on the basis of observations made in internal audits, ELMERI inspections, management inspections, health and safety inspections as well as feedback from operations.

• Our employees are aware of the occupational health and safety risks related to their job and comply with instructions in accordance with the law, including the use of protective equipment.

• Everyone is required to inform a supervisor or workplace safety manager upon the detection of any risk factors.

• Management is committed to the continued promotion of occupational health and safety.

• We comply with the OHSAS 18001 safety system.
